This website and contact

This is a static website. We do not add advertising, analytics, accounts, payment forms or newsletter tracking. Fonts are served with the site. The ASCII artwork runs in your browser and does not send interaction data to us.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the site. We do not use these requests to build advertising profiles.

If you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you attach. We use that information to answer you and handle support or privacy requests. Domain mail is forwarded through Cloudflare to Gmail. We also use Cloudflare to send email from our domain. These providers process mail to deliver and store it. Do not send passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Tuft Timer

The current Apple and Android development builds store timer settings, named timers, current sessions, clock alarms, companion preferences and optional activity history locally on your device. They do not require an account or send this timer information to Solastelia servers. No advertising, analytics or purchase SDK is included in these builds.

Activity history can include timer names, start dates and durations. Recording is on by default for a new installation and can be turned off in Settings. You can delete history in the app. Exporting or sharing history happens only when you choose it; the destination you select then handles the shared copy.

The Apple Watch companion exchanges timer state and controls with its paired iPhone through Apple’s connectivity framework. Operating-system backups, diagnostics and permissions follow your Apple or Google settings and their respective privacy practices. You can manage notification and alarm permissions in system settings.

Locally stored information stays until you delete it, reset the app or remove it, subject to operating-system backups. A previously exported file or backup must be deleted separately. We cannot access or delete a copy that remains only on your device.

YondeMite

The current prototype imports personal PDF, EPUB and CBZ files through the system file picker and copies them into its local library. Reading positions, preferences and saved learning items are stored locally. The prototype does not upload imported books to Solastelia. Network resources and JavaScript in imported EPUB content are blocked.

Accounts, subscriptions and AI generation are not connected in the current prototype. These statements do not describe an unimplemented future service. Library deletion and any backup behavior must be reviewed for the release version; contact us for help with the development build.

Somewhere Together

Somewhere Together is a separate online product. The local-only descriptions above do not apply to it. Its beta signup collects a name, email address, group size and consent, with a notice of retention for up to six months and deletion by email. Online features include usage measurement and AI conversations or creation prompts that are processed by server services.

A complete product-specific notice covering its deployed services is being prepared. This page is not a substitute for that notice. Before sharing personal or sensitive information in the world, contact privacy@solastelia.com if you need details about a particular feature.

Retention, sharing and your choices

We use service providers for hosting and email as described above, and may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use the website for targeted advertising. We retain support correspondence while it is needed to respond, resolve issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Email privacy@solastelia.com to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you. For local app information, the in-app and device controls described above provide the relevant choices.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Support email and hosting may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We do not use this website to knowingly collect information from children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information.

Changes and product releases

We will update this page when these practices change. Each product’s release version and store disclosures will be reviewed separately, including any new accounts, purchases, cloud features, AI processing or third-party SDKs. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
