Using the site and previews

You may browse the site and use available previews for their intended purpose. Please do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use them to violate someone else’s rights. You are responsible for having permission to use any material you import or submit.

Products marked “In development” are unfinished. Features, availability and release plans may change. Testing access is not a promise of a release date, a particular feature or indefinite availability. Keep your own copy of important imported files and exported information.

Ownership

The original software, characters, artwork, writing and branding belong to their respective owners. Access to this site or a preview does not transfer those rights. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. You retain rights in material you own; these website terms do not grant us a broad license to publish your personal files.

Purchases and app stores

This website does not currently sell products or accept payments. If a product is later offered through an app store or another checkout, its displayed purchase terms, platform rules and applicable consumer protections apply. These website terms do not replace Apple’s applicable app license agreement or any product-specific purchase terms.

Refund requests should follow the process of the store or merchant that handled the purchase. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product-specific features

Online worlds, user contributions, AI features, subscriptions and credits may require additional terms that describe the actual service. Those terms will be provided where applicable. Listing a product here does not imply that it is covered completely by these website terms.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy page describes the scope and current information practices of this site and named development builds. External websites and platform services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions may occur. Development previews may have bugs. They are not intended for safety-critical tasks. We do not make promises beyond those expressly stated for the relevant service. These terms do not exclude liability or mandatory protections where the law does not allow it.

Updates and contact
